Overview Configuration and Data Manager on our team works with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Military to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR) and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters. Responsibilities Coordinate the analysis, tracking, and documentation of engineering modifications to legacy systems and new system designs, supporting a broad spectrum of CM functions. Engage with multiple performers and government organizations, support Government Engineering Review Boards (ERB) and Configuration Control Boards (CCB) for handling change requests. Identify, analyze, and report issues for the technical baseline, providing assessments and recommending solutions to resolve the issues. Manage program documents and maintain a baseline repository of all configuration items—ICDs, requirements documents, engineering memos, and spec trees. Qualifications (Required) 5+ years of experience supporting Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) activities in space, ground, software, or hardware systems for Major Defense Acquisition Programs Experience managing and facilitating Government Engineering Review Boards (ERB) and Configuration Control Boards (CCB) for handling change requests Experience identifying, analyzing, and reporting issues for the technical baseline and providing assessments and recommending solutions to resolve the issues Experience managing program documents IAW government‑directed control board actions, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Requirements Documents, or Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) Experience developing or maintaining a baseline repository of all configuration items, such as ICDs, Engineering Memos, Requirements Documents, or Spec Trees Ability to understand and manage different change control processes between the vendors and government ERB or CCB TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED Nice to Have Experience developing configuration management plans, processes, and charters Experience with documentation and requirements configuration management Experience with space‑based remote sensing systems Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira or Confluence, and Microsoft SharePoint Experience using a Model‑Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 or 5000.02 Configuration Management Training Foundation (CMTF) CICM Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation Salary is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by location, education, skills, and other factors.
