We believe these values unite us and guide our work together. What You’ll Be Doing Accomplishing tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities. Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure optimal performance and pacing. Setting up campaigns to succeed from day one. Using critical thinking and analytical skills to analyze complex data sets and make decisions that beat client goals. Troubleshooting campaign challenges. Implementing campaign optimizations within DSPs. Working across multiple technology platforms, including DSPs, internal BI, ad servers, attribution, and brand‑safety tools. Providing client reporting and optimization commentary. Delivering incremental forecasting. Staying focused and contributing to projects through effective project management. Organizing stakeholders and multiple milestones. Providing avails, pricing, and strategy recommendations for new campaigns. Partnering with the trading team to enhance internal tools and processes. Testing new trading products and providing feedback to drive future enhancements. Building great relationships with the sales and account‑management team on your commercial pod. Working with other commercial teams to deliver custom client solutions. Communicating clearly with external partners and internal stakeholders, adjusting style to persuade and influence positive outcomes. Explaining strategy and optimizations to both internal and external partners. Articulating how MiQ’s trading technology and expertise set us apart. Participating in client meetings around performance and strategy. Working directly from client offices periodically (approximately 2–3 days per week). Acting with curiosity to find new ways of working and applying solutions to unarticulated needs. Keeping open to new ideas, processes, or ways of working. Using MiQ’s proprietary technology to create bespoke campaign setups and custom algorithms. Qualifications Hard skills : Analytical skills are essential. Experience with large datasets in Excel and BI tools. Experience with Xandr, DV360 or TTD DSPs preferred. 2+ years of experience running programmatic campaigns preferred. Experience with holding companies or agency trading desks preferred. Soft skills : A start‑up mindset. Attention to detail. Accomplished communicator. Pay transparency. Compensation (New York City) The base range for this position is $80,000–$90,000. The actual on‑target earnings are expected to be $120,000–$145,000.
