Sales Support Coordinator

Prepare material lists and standard pricing quotes using JD Edwards, ensuring accurate product descriptions, quantities, and pricing. Review order pricing against established guidelines, quotes, and contracts prior to release; communicate and resolve discrepancies with Sales and other departments. Support invoice and billing corrections, coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues. Manage customer emails, cases, and inquiries through Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Use Excel to organize, analyze, and report sales-support data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to process improvement initiatives across Sales Support procedures and systems. Salesforce or other CRM experience required; JD Edwards experience a big plus. Background in construction, building materials, or distribution industries preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and systems. Self-driven with strong initiative and follow-through. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Finance. Schedule: Onsite full time, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
