What We're Looking For

We hire for how people think and how they learn. Everything else we can build.

• You are mechanically curious. When something breaks, your first instinct is to figure out why - not call someone else.
• You are comfortable with hand and power tools and have experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• You are physically capable and ready for active, hands-on work across multiple sites.
• You are detail-oriented. A thorough inspection is the difference between a fix and a repeat call.
• You can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts when required.
• High school diploma or GED required. Relevant certifications or trade experience are a strong plus but not a barrier to entry.

The technical backbone of every site. The team that keeps Whistle running.

We are building the training infrastructure to develop great technicians from the ground up. If you like working with your hands, solving real problems, and seeing the results of your work, this is the role that rewards all of it.
