We’re seeking a Welder – MIG/TIG with strong fabrication skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys custom, one‑off builds , can interpret drawings with minimal oversight, and takes pride in producing high‑quality work. You’ll work a 4x10 schedule , giving you three-day weekends while earning $25–$27 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Fabrication — Build unique parts and assemblies from raw material using MIG/TIG processes, saws, brakes, and other shop equipment.

• Blueprint Interpretation — Read and understand drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication notes.

• MIG/TIG Welding — Perform high‑quality welds on steel, stainless, and aluminum.

• Fit‑Up & Assembly — Lay out, tack, and assemble components with precision.

• Quality Control — Inspect work for accuracy, weld integrity, and adherence to specifications.

• Shop Safety — Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.

• MIG/TIG proficiency with at least 2–3 years of hands‑on welding experience.

• Strong understanding of fabrication tools (press brake, shear, grinders, saws, etc.).

• Ability to work independently on custom projects.

• Comfortable working from drawings, sketches, or verbal instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent quality across varied builds.
