Precision Deburring Technician

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Salary: $18 - $24 / Hour (Based on experience)

Shift: Either of the following, please indicate your preference when applying

• A-Shift (Monday – Thursday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm EST)
• B-Shift (Monday – Thursday 2:30 pm – 12:30 am EST)
• C-Shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm EST)

Position Overview

This is a very detailed oriented position and requires good vision and hand-eye dexterity. Looking for very motivated individuals who have a positive attitude, the ability to learn quickly, like to multitask and ability to streamline workflow. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to be part of a competitive team and build a rewarding career which offers room for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Detailed oriented and good hand-eye coordination
• Excellent at small detailed work
• Minimum Educational Requirement: HS or GED; Microsoft Office training a plus
• Good communication/interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated, have willingness to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic

Employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of visual and dexterity tests
• Basic mechanical aptitude test
• Drug Testing
• Successful completion of 3 month probationary period.
• Above average rating on peer/management performance review after probationary period.
