Job OpportunityThis role requires a dedicated professional with experience in a critical access facility. The ideal candidate must possess strong skills in C-Sections, robotics, general, and gynecological surgeries.Work ScheduleThe work schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts from Tuesday to Friday, with hours from 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM. On-call duties are required at the Madras campus for C-Section procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform dual roles of Scrub and Sterile Processing with proficiency in both areas.Participate in C-Sections and maintain a high level of expertise in surgical procedures.Ensure compliance with sterilization and decontamination processes.Document patient care accurately using the EPIC charting system.Provide care and support during various surgical procedures including but not limited to appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and hernia repair.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with direct experience in C-Sections and dual Scrub and Sterile Processing responsibilities.Certifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.Charting System: Proficient in EPIC charting system.Call Duties: Willingness to be on-call for C-Sections; includes nights and weekends as needed.Additional InformationCandidates should have no employment gaps exceeding 30 days within the past 7 years.
