Marketing & Promotions Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training

We are seeking an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support customer engagement, promotional events, and community outreach activities in the Boise area. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain practical experience in marketing, promotions, communications, customer service, and event support . No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided. Responsibilities Assist with promotional events and community outreach activities Interact with customers and members of the public in a professional manner Provide information about products, services, programs, and campaigns Support event setup, organization, and day-of activities Help distribute promotional materials and communicate campaign information Answer customer questions and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain a positive and professional presence at events Collect customer feedback and share observations with the team Work with team members to complete daily promotional activities Attend training sessions and team meetings Follow established procedures and client guidelines Qualifications We are looking for candidates who are: Friendly, dependable, and professional Comfortable communicating with new people Able to work effectively with a team Willing to learn and accept feedback Organized and attentive to details Interested in marketing, communications, customer service, or events Previous experience is not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, communications, fundraising, or marketing is helpful but not necessary.
