Davidson is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer in Boulder, CO. Job Responsibilities:Perform technical planning, support design reviews, and support the development of a tool to communicate and track action items internally and with our customers.Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering, requirements, and design artifacts.Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature systems architecture content for large program designs.Conduct pre-review assessments to ensure readiness prior to formal design review.Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team integration.Job Requirements:Bachelor of Science in a STEM field and 5 years of related experience OR Master of Science in a STEM field and 3 years of related experience.Deep experience working along the left side of the "Systems Engineering Vee".Demonstrated experience developing Systems Engineering models using the Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and core MBSE tools (such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or MagicDRAW).Experience with requirements management, baseline analysis, and allocation methodologies.Experience mentoring and developing junior-level engineers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief technical information to cross-functional stakeholders.Proven ability to work autonomously, drive process improvements, and collaborate across teams.Preferred Qualifications:Object Modeling Group (OMG) Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model Builder Fundamental Certification.Experience using the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM).Experience leading technical projects, assignments, or engineering teams. Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or similar agile workflow environments.Experience working with DOORS or similar requirements management tools.Experience using agile development methodologies within a hardware or systems framework.Clearance:Active DoD Secret Clearance
