Physician - Family Medicine/ Internal Medicine

Location: Mount Morris, MI
Employment Type : Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire

Overview:

A growing outpatient primary care clinic in Mount Morris, MI is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its established practice. The physician will provide comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient care to adult and/or family medicine patients using the EPIC EMR system.

This role offers a structured weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services to adult and/or family medicine patients
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-ups
Develop and manage long-term treatment plans
Coordinate patient care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
Participate in shared on-call responsibilities
Meet productivity expectations (36 patient-contact hours weekly)
Utilize 4 administrative hours weekly for documentation and care coordination
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient education
Ensure continuity of care and strong patient relationships
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, daytime schedule
40 hours/week (36 clinical + 4 administrative hours)
Requirements:
MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible (active status required; lapsed certification not accepted)
2026 and 2027 graduates welcome to apply
H1B visa sponsorship available (J1 not accepted)
Must be able to commute within 1 hour of clinic location
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary: $235,000 - $265,000 (based on experience)
