Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.06 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a front desk location within a financial services environment. Monitor visitor access at the front desk by greeting guests, confirming identification and/or appointments, issuing access credentials, and documenting entries according to site protocols. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Support front desk operations by answering questions, directing visitors, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and other required documentation. Observe lobby and reception activity and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or security‑related concerns to help to deter disruptions at the location. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of armed security‑related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Provide a DD214 with Honorable Discharge or an associate degree or 60 college credits or a Police Academy certificate or a Corrections Academy certificate. An armed guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
