Core Responsibilities

• Painting and drywall touch-up work
• Demo and trash-out work
• Property turnover and make-ready tasks
• General handyman repairs
• Assisting with renovation and remodel projects
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Communicating effectively with crew leaders
• Completing tasks efficiently and independently

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of construction, labor, handyman, or renovation experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Must have basic tools

• Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively
