Fashion Advisor

Summary The Fashion Advisor is an in-store sales professional responsible for delivering exceptional client service to drive conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This role focuses on creating a personalized, elevated client experience through fashion expertise, thoughtful outreach, and teamwork. The Fashion Advisor reports to boutique leadership and supports day-to-day sales and client service activities. Responsibilities Develop new clients by converting walk-in traffic and creating energy and desire around products Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up Handle intake and follow-up for repairs and alterations Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to achieve business results Requirements Minimum 3 years of related experience Minimum High School Diploma Ability to lift 15 lbs Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred Passion for fashion and the CHANEL brand and commitment to delivering elevated client service #J-18808-Ljbffr
