Ombudsman Operations Quality Analyst

DEPARTMENT OF ELDER AFFAIRS in Florida is seeking an OPS Quality Control Analyst to conduct routine access visits and investigate complaints in long-term care facilities. The role acts as a representative of the Office of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman and reports to the District Ombudsman Manager. The position requires certification as an ombudsman after hire, travel to facilities, and strong investigative and reporting abilities.
