We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Employee Benefits Sales Support Technician to support our EB Producer with employee benefits forms processing. This role is ideal for someone who demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Position Overview **

Responsible for assisting the producer in sales in support of employee benefit forms processing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the EB Producer
• Review benefit materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Follow up proactively to ensure deadlines are met
• Identify discrepancies or potential issues and proactively recommend solutions
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Skills & Experience

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and identify errors inconsistencies
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with benefits or HR systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

Additional Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in employee benefits, insurance, or administrative support
• Familiarity with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability products
• Experience supporting producers, account managers, or client-facing teams
