Focuses on child/adolescent caseload, providing comprehensive psychiatric care without in person rounding. At least 32 hours per week of on site work is required. No tele psychiatry. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry with a subspecialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Valid and active medical license in Illinois or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical skills in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of child and adolescent patients. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in both inpatient and partial hospitalization program (PHP) settings. Demonstrated leadership in clinical settings. Strong interest in innovative psychiatric treatment approaches. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct admissions, provide daily care for assigned patients, lead treatment teams, and engage in comprehensive treatment planning. Ensure high quality care through effective diagnosis, treatment, and management of patient mental health issues. Communicate with families and integrate care plans with broader health care goals.
