PSC Regional Manager

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Regional Manager in Florence, South Carolina to oversee daily operations across multiple patient service centers and client office locations. The role involves managing supervisory and phlebotomy staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring productivity, and resolving operational and customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of regional phlebotomy staff and patient service centers
- Coach and mentor supervisors and phlebotomists across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and procedures
- Monitor productivity, financial metrics, and staffing performance; address deviations
- Manage operational tasks including payroll, scheduling, appraisals, and cost control
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years phlebotomy experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with MS Office programs
- Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Professional communication skills with internal and external customers
