Employees in this role are expected to maintain familiarity with ski area operations, facilities, and department procedures while supporting a positive workplace culture and assisting with additional operational duties as needed across the mountain.General Responsibilities:Help establish traffic flow and organization of vehicles into parked rows and provide assistance to customers as trained while providing friendly and respectful customer serviceCreate and participate in a positive and inclusive workplaceHave a working knowledge of Mt. Baker Ski Area mountain policies and procedures, as well as familiarity of ski area facilities and services availableFollow department and company safety practices while promoting a positive safety culture.Perform duties as trained for position and additional duties (could include but not be limited to: assisting lift attendants and security)Safely operate MBSA equipment and follow all other safety protocols while in the work areaQualifications:Willingness to learn18 years or olderAbility to complete, and successful completion of parking lot training by an authorized Mt. Hours per week may vary between 5-40+ hours/week. Baker Ski Area Accident Prevention Plan.Employees are responsible for providing and maintaining required safety-toed footwear and a headlamp in accordance with the Accident Prevention Plan. Other required personal protective equipment and safety equipment will be provided by Mt. Baker Ski Area and must be properly used, maintained, and worn as required.
