You Have:3+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, data mining, decision analysis or modeling and simulation. 3+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R Experiencedeveloping and documenting predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources   Experience conducting quantitative social science, including survey design and analysis or field or laboratory experiments, in a professional work environmentAbility to pay strict attention to detailActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or Quantitative Social Science or 4+ years of experience in statistics, data science, computer science and quantitative social science in lieu of a degreeNice If You Have:Ability to work with non-technical audiences on technical problems in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, and balance long and short-term taskings Ability to take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical quantitative solutions can be defined Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and compose client deliverable quality documentation, analysis, and reportsPossession of excellent organizational skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Master’s degree in Quantitative Social Science preferred;Doctorate degree in Quantitative Social Science a plusClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
