Physical Therapist

Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan. APTA membership provided by HealthQuest Physical Therapy. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, establish functional goals, and monitor progress throughout care. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy consistent with HealthQuest's philosophy of treating the person, not just the condition. Maintain accurate and timely evaluations, progress notes, and treatment documentation in accordance with company standards. Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to Exercise Specialists, ensuring patient safety, proper exercise techniques, and appropriate equipment use. Develop individualized Home Exercise Programs to support patient progress and long-term success. Participate in peer reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and collaborative clinical discussions. Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, referring physicians, and healthcare partners. Support clinic growth through patient engagement, community involvement, and internal marketing initiatives. Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of treatment.
