Escrow Assistant - Corinthian

The Escrow Assistant supports the Escrow Officer with a variety of administrative and customer service duties related to escrow transactions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential functions include opening and setting up new escrow orders, ordering payoff demands, HOA documents, and other required file documentation; preparing and distributing escrow instructions via mail, email, or DocuSign; entering and maintaining accurate data and documents in Qualia; assisting Escrow Officers with file updates and transaction processing; responding to emails and phone calls as directed by Escrow Officers; communicating professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors; ensuring escrow files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards; providing general administrative and clerical support as needed; and supporting additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Competencies include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, previous escrow, title, real estate, or administrative experience preferred, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Physical demands include talking or hearing, sitting, standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities.

Work environment includes on-site position at the Main Office, regular business hours with occasional flexibility as needed, frequent interaction with employees, customers, and external partners, and a usually moderate noise level.

Hourly rate: $28.00
