Customer Service Representative in Hayward, CA

Pay: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour Shift: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Hayward, CA

Customer Service II Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Process inbound phone orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter customer orders into the company software system
• Handle customer orders and inquiries by phone and email
• Contact customers regarding pending installations and follow-up requests
• Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Check product availability and inventory
• Provide accurate product information and exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Complete additional customer service projects and duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• 3–4 years of customer service experience REQUIRED
• Call center experience preferred
• 2+ years of data entry experience REQUIRED
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer, typing, and 10-key skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must successfully complete a Tier 2 background check and drug screening
