Job Summary

We are hiring a Junior System Administrator to help maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. You'll support system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks under the guidance of senior IT staff, building a strong foundation in systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
• Support user account and access management
• Assist with backups, updates, and patch management
• Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues
• Maintain documentation of systems and configurations
• Support IT security best practices
• Assist with infrastructure projects as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in systems administration or IT support
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Server+) a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills
