Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Line Leads to oversee packing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment .The Line Lead is responsible for supervising production associates, ensuring safety, maintaining productivity goals, and promoting a positive team environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and direct a team of packing and assembly associates.
Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
Train new employees on job duties, safety requirements, and company expectations.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and work performance.
Communicate production updates and expectations to team members.
Identify and resolve workflow issues to minimize downtime.
Work closely with supervisors and management to meet operational goals.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Assist with employee coaching and performance improvement.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Line Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in manufacturing, packing, assembly, or warehouse operations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.

Location: Wilmer TX
Pay Rate: $18.50–$19.00 per hour (depending on shift)
Schedule: Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
