Production Maintenance Supervisor

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing operation seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians in a fast‑paced, 24/5 production environment. What You'll Do Lead and coach maintenance technicians across day‑to‑day plant operations Prioritize corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues Coordinate maintenance scheduling to minimize production downtime Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve equipment reliability and plant performance Partner closely with production leadership to quickly resolve equipment issues Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork What We're Looking For Previous experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment Strong hands‑on troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment Working knowledge of PLC‑controlled equipment (troubleshooting experience preferred) Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance activities in a fast‑paced production environment Strong communication and leadership skills Work Schedule This is primarily a day shift leadership position. Typical schedule is approximately 45-50 hours per week , with occasional weekend coverage and rotating on‑call responsibilities typical of a 24/5 manufacturing operation.
