Respiratory Therapist - Full Time

Position Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Pediatrics & Neonatal Care Responsibilities Provide advanced respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients, including delivering treatments, assessing needs, developing care plans, assisting with procedures, monitoring progress, educating families, and supporting critical care services. Collaborate with healthcare teams, serve as a mentor, ensure safety and infection control, operate respiratory equipment, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Graduate from a CoARC-approved program, hold a valid RCP license, and possess NBRC RRT credential. Must have strong critical-thinking, communication, and patient care skills, with the ability to handle equipment up to 50 pounds. Pediatric, neonatal, or critical care experience, along with ACLS and PALS certifications, are preferred.
