Director, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and therapeutic direction for international clinical trials spanning Phase I through IV across multiple indications
• Oversee strategic implementation and timely completion of clinical programs while managing budgets and project milestones
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and identify best practices across study teams
• Contribute to clinical study reports, regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs), and safety documentation
• Manage study teams, represent company at professional events, and present clinical initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 12+ years experience with BS in relevant scientific discipline, OR MS degree, OR RN with 14+ years experience
• Minimum 5 years leading Phase 1 first-in-human oncology clinical trials
• Experience managing international clinical trials across multiple phases and indications
• Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and their impact on trial development
• Proven ability to develop RFPs, select CROs/vendors, and manage external resources
• Strong project management skills with ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports

Compensation: $210,375 - $272,250 base
