Lead Installer – Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Location: Maryland We are a family-owned remodeling company experiencing strong growth and committed to building a high-performing team. We are looking for a Lead Installer who takes pride in their work, can lead on-site, and wants to grow with a company that values quality and professionalism. Position Overview Lead installation for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards Serve as the primary installer and on-site point of execution Key Responsibilities Perform and lead installation of cabinetry, trim, and finish work Accurately measure job sites for cabinets, materials, and layouts Interpret plans, drawings, and the scope of work Ensure all installations meet quality standards Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and the Project Manager Identify and communicate issues early to avoid delays Document progress using company tools and software Measurement & Technical Skills (Critical) Ability to take precise field measurements for kitchens and bathrooms Understand layout, spacing, and fit for cabinetry and finishes Identify potential measurement conflicts before installation Ensure accuracy to prevent rework and delays Qualifications Proven experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling Strong carpentry and installation skills Ability to read and follow plans and specifications Experience leading or working independently on job sites Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable and accountable work ethic Preferred Attributes Leadership mindset and ability to guide helpers or team members Problem-solving ability in the field Strong communication skills High level of pride in finished product Consistent and dependable performance Growth Opportunity Opportunity to grow into senior installer or field leadership roles as the company expands Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience ($27.00 - $35.00 per hour) Consistent work pipeline Supportive team environment Clear expectations and structured workflow Application Criteria Candidates must demonstrate strong measuring ability and installation experience Reliability, professionalism, and attitude are critical We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kitchen Tune Up Buffalo NY
