This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers on this position over the last six to twelve months have average annualized earnings of $65,000.

Job Details:

• Dispatch daily rate: $27 per day 
• Route mileage rate: $0.41 - $0.48 per mile 
• Stop pay: $5.50 - $7.12 per stop 
• Unload pay: $0.53 - $0.60
• Multi-family site unload pay: $0.47 - $0.54 per unit 
• Delivery service time: $0.38 - $0.44 per minute 
• Cross-docking: $15 per hour
• New hire training period: $15 per hour 
• Safety training: $20 pay per hour 
• Holiday pay: $140 per day
