This is a fully on‑site position; remote work is not available. In this role, you will prepare, analyze, and validate data used in direct mail marketing campaigns. You’ll ensure data accuracy, maintain large client databases, and support the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to consistently meet deadlines in a production‑focused environment. What You’ll Do Prepare, scrub, and format mailing data for production Use SQL or equivalent tools to extract and validate data Maintain and organize large spreadsheets and client lists Meet daily and weekly processing deadlines with precision Required Qualifications 2+ years of direct mail experience preferred (not mandatory) 2+ years of BCC software experience (preferred, not mandatory) Coding or scripting knowledge required Strong Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and formulas, are required High attention to detail and deadline awareness Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment Professional, reliable, and process-driven Preferred Qualifications Window Books experience Compensation, Benefits & More Compensation $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Supplemental insurance Paid vacation time 401(k), ESOP Schedule Monday-Friday Job Type Full-Time Location DeLand, Florida (On-Site) #J-18808-Ljbffr
