Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Identify and reduce interfering behaviors to support functional outcomes for each child. Participate in training provided to equip you to support children effectively, even with no prior experience. Engage in activities that may require standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and, at times, carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.
