A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR RESTAURANT FLOOR MANAGER

This full-time food service position works shifts during our open hours of 11 AM - 12 AM, Sunday through Wednesday, and 11 AM - 2 AM, Thursday through Saturday .

In this position, you are responsible for ensuring that every guest is served with warmth and hospitality. You make sure each customer feels at home from the moment they step in. You work closely with the hosts to ensure that everyone is appropriately greeted and seated and that their needs are attended to throughout their visit.

You ensure that our front-of-house operations are running smoothly. In this role, you are a key player in ensuring that our restaurant's reputation for impeccable service and attention to detail is maintained at all times. Whether it's supervising the waitstaff, ensuring that orders are delivered on time, or addressing any concerns that guests may have, you are at the heart of the action. REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR Restaurant Floor Manager

• 5+ years of restaurant experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
