Rural Peer Support Specialist — Recovery & Community Engagement
Heartland Family Service
A community support organization in Harlan, IA is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide individualized support for clients with serious mental illness or substance use issues. The ideal candidate will have lived experience and strong interpersonal skills to guide clients on their recovery journey, facilitate group activities, and coordinate care with various providers.
