Wound Care NP/PA - Home Visits (East Denver)

Bloom Healthcare in Colorado is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Wound Care Team. You will deliver comprehensive wound care to home-bound patients in Aurora and surrounding areas, developing evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, relocation assistance, 100% covered health/dental/vision, 401k, and CME allowance. Expect 7–8 home visits daily and a collaborative, employee-owned culture.
