IT Governance Lead - Federal Programs & Delivery

ICF is seeking a team lead for NIH IT Governance workstream support in the Washington, DC area. The role balances tactical leadership with strategic, growth-oriented responsibilities, reporting to the Program Manager and coordinating with other workstream leads. Ideal candidates have a BA and at least five years of Federal IT governance experience, with strong communication and advisory skills to work with senior government stakeholders.
