Duration: Contract - 6 months

Pay Range: $28/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking an AML Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AML risk standards, quality analysis of alert dispositions, and investigation documentation, and a proven ability to render risk-based determinations and ensure complete, accurate case records.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret AML risk standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Perform quality analysis to determine whether alerts were properly cleared by Compliance Alerts Analysts.
• Validate that alert and case data are accurately collected and documented, including investigations data, SARs, CTRs, and KYC information.
• Review relevant account and transaction data to support investigative conclusions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AML frameworks, including SAR and CTR requirements and KYC standards.
• Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills with the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Accuracy in documentation and attention to detail in case evidence and narratives.
• 1-3 years of experience in AML compliance, investigations, or alert quality assurance.
