About the role

This person photographs and films our cars, runs social media, helps move vehicles between our ranch, warehouse, and dealership locations, assists with intake and outbound vehicles, and supports research, documentation, and provenance work. It is a hands-on role that mixes creative content with vehicle operations at a small collector dealership.

What you’ll do

Photography & Video

• Photograph and film inventory to a consistent, high standard for listings, the website, and social media.

• Stage vehicles for stills and walk-around video (placement, lighting, angles, and detail shots).

• Edit photos and short-form video (Reels, Stories, walk-around clips) for posting and listing use.

• Plan, create, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms used by the dealership.

• Highlight individual cars, new arrivals, sold vehicles, shop activity, and the collector-car lifestyle.

• Respond to comments and inbound social messages and route serious inquiries to sales.

• Watch what performs and adjust posting cadence and format accordingly.

• Keep brand voice consistent: professional, knowledgeable, and true to classic and collector cars — not high-pressure retail.

Vehicle Movement, Intake & Outbound

• Help move vehicles between the ranch, warehouse, and dealership locations as needed.

• Assist with inbound vehicles: receiving, initial inspection notes, staging, and getting cars photo- and show-ready.

• Assist with outbound vehicles: prep for pickup, transport, or delivery and confirm the car leaves in the expected condition.

• Park and organize vehicles at each site so inventory is accessible, presentable, and easy to find.

• Drive a wide range of vehicles safely, including classics and manuals, and follow all on-site safety rules.

Research, Documentation & Provenance

• Help gather and organize vehicle history, options, service records, prior ownership notes, and supporting documents.

• Assist with provenance research using titles, build sheets, window stickers, registries, archives, and online sources.

• Keep photos, files, and notes tied to the correct vehicle so listings and internal records stay accurate.

• Flag gaps or inconsistencies in documentation for follow-up by management or sales.

• Customer Assistance

• Greet customers and guests in a professional, welcoming manner.

• Help visitors locate vehicles, answer basic inventory questions, and walk them to the right car.

• Introduce interested buyers to a salesperson.

• Support showings and events by keeping cars accessible and presentation areas in order.

What you bring

• Valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record; comfortable driving classics, manuals, and a mix of inventory.

• Photography portfolio required (vehicles preferred; products or similar work accepted).

• Working knowledge of Instagram and Facebook; short-form video experience is a plus.

• Basic photo and video editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, or similar).

• Strong organization and attention to detail — files, photos, and vehicle notes must stay attached to the right car.

• Comfortable switching between creative work, driving between sites, and hands-on vehicle tasks.

• Clear written and verbal communication; professional presence with customers and vendors.

• Genuine interest in cars is strongly preferred; classic or collector knowledge and research habits are a plus.

• Able to work outdoors in Texas weather, enter and exit vehicles throughout the day, and handle routine physical lot and shop tasks.
