Dishwasher Position
Mexican Sugar is seeking a dishwasher!
Benefits:
- Flexible schedules
- Insurance after 90 days with requirements met
- 5 days of PTO (after 1 year and minimum avg. hours worked requirements are met)
- Average $14-18+/hour
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with other team members professionally and courteously
- Being at work on time and in proper uniform
- Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
- Cleaning equipment used in the kitchen
- Unloading and stocking deliveries
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Taking out and rinsing garbage cans and linen baskets
- Supporting other staff members by assisting with other tasks, such as prepping and dating food items
- Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures
- Making sure all equipment used in the dish area is functional and filled with chemicals
Qualifications:
- Prior experience is a plus but not needed
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Exceptional time management skills
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures. Must have all up-to-date certifications required
