Become an integral support for an elementary environment—multiple paraprofessionals are needed for the upcoming academic year! Bring your compassion, adaptability, and dedication to help nurture student achievement as part of a highly collaborative school team from September 2026 through June 2027.

You will work alongside teachers and specialists to foster a positive learning setting, supporting classroom instruction and ensuring all students have equal opportunities to thrive. This role offers a structured weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, with hours from 8:05am to 3:05pm, totaling 32.5 hours each week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a school-based paraprofessional role is highly valued.
• Ability to provide three references, including your most recent supervisor.
• Proof of meeting one of the following educational requirements:
  • Paraprofessional II certificate,
  • Transcripts reflecting post-secondary coursework equivalent to an Associate’s Degree,
  • Completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.

What You’ll Do:

• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to support targeted and individualized student interventions.
• Encourage positive behavior and engagement throughout the school day.
• Adapt instructional materials for students with different learning needs.
• Assist with classroom management and help maintain an inclusive environment.
• Support students both in and outside of the classroom to promote independence and academic progress.
