The Profile: What We Are Looking For We are protective of our team culture and patient care standards. To excel in this full-time role, you must bring: Licensure & Certification: Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required. Active certifications in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring and Dental Radiology are highly preferred. Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of continuous clinical experience as an RDA preferred. We need a professional who understands procedure setup, four-handed dentistry, and efficient operatory turnover. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Dentrix digital charting and digital radiography systems is strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
