We are committed to contributing positively to the communities where we live, work and play.Job DescriptionPay Rate: $24.89 - $36.00 per hourWork Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - FridayDuties and ResponsibilitiesDrive quality at the source through providing work stations with the quality at the source necessitiesOutline critical quality aspects and understand process capability and controlCreate the appropriate required standards through communication with customers and suppliersProvide all necessary quality tools and controls and create work instructions that detail the aboveMaintain quality at the source through providing general quality controlsAudit the quality of in-coming material, finished product and work stations inspection processSupport line supervision with line callsParticipate with internal and external customers and vendors in resolving problems by investigating complaints, collecting necessary data and solving complaint based on established root causeFacilitate problem solving teamsLead improvement projects following defined problem-solving checklist including problem definitionAnalyze data using control charts, quality data, root cause diagrams.Communicate status of problem resolution via intranet feedback programCommunicate all the above activities to supervision and work stations as appropriate.Support the standardization of the department through the creation and revision of procedural documentationAll other functions as assignedQualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation, negotiation and confrontational skillsKnowledge and utilization of basic PC skillsBasic Simonton product and process knowledgeMust successfully pass color blindness testAdditional InformationSite Address: 2280 Monier Ave, Lithia Springs, GA 30122.Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
