Guest Experience Concierge

Bally's Baton Rouge is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome guests and support hotel operations. You will check in and out guests, answer phones, manage reservations, and process payments, ensuring accuracy and courtesy throughout all interactions. The role requires a high school diploma, comfort with hotel software, and a cooperative mindset to uphold service standards during busy periods.
