As a Team Lead at Play Street Museum - Buckhead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our space runs smoothly and that every visitor has a memorable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Leading and supporting a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Managing schedules, coordinating activities, and addressing any on-the-spot needs.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for children and families.
- Assisting in organizing and hosting events, parties, or special activities.
- Acting as a point of contact for both team members and guests.
