Salary $29 – $31 per hour (LPN) and $35 – $37 per hour (RN) with shift differential. About the Role The RN or LPN is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls as indicated. We celebrate our residents, foster teamwork, compassion, and a little fun. Responsibilities Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patients’ symptoms and communicate them to physicians. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. Perform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure measurement, administering injections) and fill in patients’ charts. Adjust and administer patients’ medication and provide treatments according to physician orders. Inspect the facility and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontamination, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds). Provide instant medical care in emergencies. Assist surgeons during operations. Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families. Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops and conferences. Qualifications Valid registered nursing or LPN license. Proven experience as a registered nurse or LPN. Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and emergency care. In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and willingness to follow them. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, compassionate, and organized with strong multitasking skills. Strong problem‑solving skills.
