Start Date: ASAP (Flexible)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Status: Employed, Non-Profit Health System (PSLF Eligible)
Work Model:
Outpatient clinic
Procedures at ASC
Travel to nearby regional clinics required

Practice Type: Multispecialty clinic; team-based, collaborative model Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO from accredited institution
- Pain Fellowship (ACGME-accredited) - Required
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Eligible for unrestricted PA license
- DEA certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Procedures PerformedIncludes a full spectrum of interventional and regenerative treatments:
- Injections & Nerve Blocks:Caudal, epidurals (cervical/thoracic/lumbar), facet, genicular, intercostal, occipital, trigeminal, medial branch, sympathetic, trigger point
- Advanced Therapies:Radiofrequency ablation, PRP, prolotherapy, regenerative injections
- Joint Injections:Shoulder, knee, and hip
Compensation & Benefits
