Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!/ph3Job Summary/h3pThe Facilities Maintenance Attendant is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall cleanliness of the golf clubs facilities, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and appearance. This role requires proactive attention to detail in maintaining the clubs property, including indoor and outdoor spaces, to provide an exceptional environment for members and guests. The Facilities Maintenance Attendant will handle routine maintenance tasks, address repairs, and collaborate with other departments to resolve any facility-related issues promptly./ppReporting Structure/pp Reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor/ppDay to Day/pulliMaintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning where necessary. Keep all floors swept, mopped, and polished, including courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobby and hallway areas, restrooms, and any other areas needed./liliDust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, and artwork, including all ceiling HVAC registers./liliResponsible for seeing that daily assignments are completed in their respective areas, to meet club standards and as communicated expectations (i.e. orderly/organized work areas, straighten/arrange entry area, picking up trash/debris, etc.)./liliPerform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and other related areas./liliResponsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements./liliCommunicate effectively with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, document, and complete work requests from Department Heads, members, and guests./li/ulpAdditional Duties/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./li/ulpAbout You/ppRequired/pulliHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent./liliA minimum of 3 years of experience in the general facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment./li/ulpPreferred/pulliExperience in performing minor repairs, painting, plumbing, or other related maintenance tasks is highly valued./liliPrevious training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance./liliKnowledge of and adherence to all OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and other compliance related facility maintenance./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliGeneral Activity: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving/liliEnvironmental Exposure: Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases/liliPhysical Actions: Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending/liliLifting: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. on occasion Sensory Requirements: Talking, hearing, and seeing/li/ulpPrimary Tools/Equipment/pulliLadder/liliConstruction tools/liliPlumbing equipment/liliElectrical equipment/liliCarpentry tools/liliComputer/liliMisc. small tools/li/ulpWork Schedule/pulliAdherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule./liliFlexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet position deadlines./liliAvailability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required./li/ulpWhat We Offer/ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
