Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am What You Will Do • Lead employees and temporary workers with coaching, accountability, and clear expectations. • Drive canning, kegging, and variety pack execution. • Use floor observations and metrics to improve flow, quality, downtime, and sanitation readiness. • Coordinate staffing, handoffs, reporting, escalations, and cross-functional support. Leadership Impact to Highlight Stand out by sharing results such as reduced downtime, better flow, stronger handoffs, improved accountability, employee development, or safety and quality gains. Requirements Key qualifications: Bring 3-5+ years of production, manufacturing, packaging, food/beverage, CPG, or regulated operations experience, along with proven team leadership, strong floor presence, confident real-time decision-making, and the ability to drive safety, quality, staffing, handoffs, production metrics, and troubleshooting during live operations. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits eligibility. Final pay depends on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
