This facility operates as a Level III Trauma Center with a Level III NICU and 1,000 beds, supporting a broad clinical program across multiple specialties. The institution maintains organized perioperative workflows and established protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery. Locum tenens anesthesiologist coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

North Carolina offers a range of outdoor and cultural pursuits suited to diverse interests. The region encompasses varied landscapes, including mountain communities, cultural centers, and coastal destinations, with activities such as hiking, biking, and nature and wildlife tours. Clinicians on assignment will find a broad mix of recreational and cultural experiences available throughout the state.

The anesthesiologist will provide day shift coverage at an outpatient facility in North Carolina, operating under a physician supervision model with 100% hands-on involvement in anesthesia care delivery. Responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining and verifying patient consent, and discussing anesthetic options and risks with patients. The clinician will manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia while monitoring patients' physiological conditions throughout each procedure. No call coverage is required for this locum tenens assignment, and board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians in this role.
