Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract at an outpatient surgical facility in Maryland, requiring 2 years of OR experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Outpatient surgical setting with 5 ORs and 4 procedure rooms
• Adult and pediatric patient population across multiple service lines including Orthopedics, EP, Urology, Plastics, ENT, Facial Plastics, Cataracts, Pain, and Breast Oncology
• Day shift, 8 hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week
• Every 3rd week includes a late week rotation
• No on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements
• Free parking available on site
• Staffing includes 2 Lead Clinical OR RNs and 1 OR Charge RN, with a resource team of 2–3 RNs and 2–3 Surgical Techs to support throughout the day
• Epic EMR used; experience required

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Experience at a comparable facility size required (500+ bed facility experience)
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
