You'll join our team of collaborative associates focused on producing the best quality packaging in the industry.**We Offer*** **Predictable Schedules**: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!* **Advancement:** We prioritize promotion from within!* **Stability:** We’ve been in the community for many years & offer job stability through market uncertainty**You Will*** Conduct quality inspections of in-process product & finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor & in the warehouse to evaluate product quality* Use measuring instruments to measure dimensions & performance criteria's adherence to customer specifications* Regularly engage with Associates about product conformance* Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences**You Have*** Ability to work 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat.
